LG Smartphone Can be upgraded to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)

LG Smartphone_1Androidphone.blogspotAfter the previous owner of the LG Android Phone (Optimus 2X) was worried because the news stating that LG will not be upgrading Ice Cream Sandwich for Optimus 2X because of its ability that does not support, the users of these devices can finally breathe easily, because LG android Phone has confirmed the Android 4.0 upgrade for Optimus 2X.


And apparently not only that. Along with the rise of competitors vying to upgrade Ice Cream Sandwiches for each smartphone, the LG did not want to miss. Through the Facebook page, LG said that some of his high-end smartphones will also receive Android 4.0 update Ice Cream Sandwich.


Rows of these smartphones is Optimus 2X, Black Optimus, Optimus 3D and LTE will receive updates, although exact schedule is still unknown. While the update is limited to devices released this year, LG said that they are working to evaluate the platform Google Ice Cream Sandwich to identify whether it will be compatible with the functionality, features and performance of existing handsets.

According to records submitted via LG's Facebook page, it seems LG smartphone owners have to wait until next month to find out when to update Ice Cream Sandwich will begin to be presented to four smartphone. Would it be sooner than Sony Ericsson's Xperia series that will get the Android 4.0 update coming in March 2012?
